As most of you know, Eric is quite a picky eater, and this is something that is frustrating to me at times. While I was at Costco a while back, Eric told me that he would eat these dinosaur Chicken Nuggets if I bought them. Of course I did, because getting something in him that even resembles a type of protein is a good thing. Well he is a little OCD and took forever to eat FIVE chicken nuggets. (I think it was about 1 1/2 hours to be exact) All he would do is nibble on the outside edges until they were gone. I told hime that I was going to take a photo of him, because he turned into a mouse. I think he just was excited to have his picture taken. I love him, even if he is a silly eater.
